Our Punching machine can change dies. This allows for multiple products to be produced using the same equipment. Therefore, giving our customers more valve to their machines.
Aluminum Extrusion punching
Our Machine will Punch and Cut to length Aluminum Extrusion with an accuracy of 0.010” (0.25mm). The machine will Automatically Punch a variety of holes on the face and sides of the extrusion, and then will cut the part into the perfect length ready for assembly. All holes and lengths are based off a production spreadsheet allowing for very little set up time.
